Olachi Nzuruba

Olachi is a seasoned human resources (HR) professional with extensive experience in people operations, organizational development, and fostering inclusive workplace cultures across the nonprofit and international development sectors.

At the Global Methane Hub (GMH), she manages people operations and HR strategy for a globally distributed team spanning 16+ countries, overseeing international recruitment, total rewards, policy development, compliance, and organizational development.

Most recently, she served as senior human resources officer at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), leading HR operations across Ghana, Togo, Benin, and Nigeria, where she managed recruitment, workforce planning, performance management, benefits administration, and labor law compliance. She has also worked with Christoffel Blinden Mission (CBM) and the Alliance for International Medical Action (ALIMA) in different capacities.

Olachi holds an MBA with a specialization in human resources management from Ahmadu Bello University and a bachelor’s in physiology from Madonna University. Her professional certifications include the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), the Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty Credential from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and associate membership from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Olachi is based in Abuja, Nigeria. She enjoys reading, traveling, and learning about the latest tech trends.
