Josefina is a People and HR professional with six years of international experience supporting employee experience, onboarding, learning and development, engagement, and inclusion initiatives across regions.
At GMH, she supports People and Operations activities, including recruitment and onboarding coordination, HR administration, vendor management, and employee engagement initiatives across a globally distributed team.
Before joining GMH, she worked across regional and global HR projects in Latin America and Europe, supporting learning, culture, employee experience, and people development initiatives. Born and raised in Chile, Josefina holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and later completed a master’s degree in organizational psychology. In 2024, she moved to Rome to pursue a master’s in international project management at Rome Business School and has since made Italy her home.
Based in Rome, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and painting outdoors with her watercolor set.
