Taís has over eight years of experience working at international NGOs and advocating for the transformation of food systems, with a focus on animal welfare, sustainable agriculture, plant-rich diets, and healthier strategies.
At the Global Methane Hub (GMH), she leads advocacy and corporate engagement projects within the agriculture portfolio.
With a background in corporate engagement, Taís has negotiated commitments with producers, retailers, policymakers, and companies, including JBS, Bunge, and Carrefour. She previously served as head of food policy at Sinergia Animal, where she supported public and private institutions in adopting climate-friendly food choices.
Taís began her career in the legal departments of financial institutions such as Santander and ING, gaining expertise in due diligence and the analysis of agreements, loans, and guarantees.
She is a registered attorney with the Brazilian Bar Association and holds a master’s degree in Environmental Policy from Pontifícia Universidade Católica. Taís is based in São Paulo, Brazil.
