Daniela is a strategic communications professional with over a decade of experience in public relations, marketing, and stakeholder engagement. In recent years, she has focused on the climate space, most recently serving as Fundraising Communications Specialist at the Climate Bonds Initiative, where she led donor communications and supported global fundraising efforts. She has also consulted with the World Bank across several engagements, managing internal communications and knowledge-sharing for the Environment, Natural Resources, and Blue Economy Global Practice.
Her background includes leading international events in Paris and Madrid and shaping communications strategies for global audiences. She began her career in Washington, D.C. at Edelman Public Relations, supporting international affairs campaigns for clients such as the Panama Canal Authority and the Atlantic Council. At GYMR Public Relations, she worked on advocacy and awareness campaigns for nonprofit and health sector clients, including the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the National Institutes of Health.
Daniela holds a B.S. in Public Relations from Virginia Commonwealth University and is based in Madrid, Spain. She enjoys discovering small towns in Spain, practicing yoga, and spending time outdoors with her family.
